Where can I find care instructions for your items?

Does the proof for engraved orders reflect the lettering color or wood color?
No, the proof is only a computer rendering of the wording. This is to make sure that the layout, spelling, and words are correct. The final product will closely resemble the sample pictures.
Do you offer custom order requests?
I love custom orders, and the more custom the more fun. If you have an idea, let me know. I will see if I can do it and provide you a price. I have worked with many customers on producing one of a kind creations. It keeps it interesting.
How long does it take for a custom order?
Every item is different in terms of lead times. It truly depends on the design, creation, and finishing times. If you have a question please let me know and I will provide an accurate time. Generally though, most custom orders which require only personalization will be ready to ship in 5 -7 business days.
Do you use endangered wood?
I do not purchase endangered or threatened wood species. Many of my items are made with domestic woods which I purchase from lumber mills in PA and MD, which are sustainably obtained. At times I have worked with other species, but this only when I the wood is found in cutoff bins. This keeps them from going to waste.
Can you engrave or carve images and logos?
If you own the rights to it or it is public domain, I can accommodate this on many occasions, let me have a sample image and I will see what I can do. If someone else owns it or the rights to it, sorry I will not infringe on someone else’s work. I will request documentation that you have the right to use the logo.
Do you engrave or etch glasses?
I do not offer this service right now, who knows maybe in the future, but wood working keeps me busy enough. There are other great sellers on Etsy who do incredible work on glass, check them out and support the maker community.
