Refunds and Return

I want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you. Please review the information below.

I will offer refunds on non custom items.

  • Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations on any custom orders. Once I start work.

  • But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

Returns and Exchange Process

All of my items are unique and have their own character based on the materials. If you are not happy with the item when it arrives I will offer refunds if you contact me within 7 days of receipt of the item(s). There are costs involved which are not refundable (see below) please make sure the item you are purchasing will meet your needs, if you have questions ask before purchasing.

  • Your payment will be refunded less the shipping cost and payment processing fees incurred.

  • The buyer will need to pay for return shipping.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 days after I receive the item(s) and verify their condition is the same as when shipped.

  • No Refunds are available on custom orders.

In the unlikely event that you are displeased when your order arrives, please message me immediately. With any natural or wood product, colors, textures and stains may vary on these handcrafted rustic designs, so we are not always able to issue a full refund, but we are always happy to work with you on a solution if your product is not as you expected.

Damaged During Shipping Process

All of my orders are insured when they ship. If the package shows damage prior to opening it, please document with photographs before and after you open the package. We insure all of our shipments, but in order to process shipment claims, we require photos of the packaging as received and the product after opening. Do not throw away any of the packaging, shippers may wish to inspect this. Without these, I am unable to process a shipping damage claim.
